Man on grill was Super rude yelling out orders for pick up.. I finally realized it was part of my order and I did not get my Muffin they were out of hash browns he tells me oh you should have got your muffin by the register. Extremely Rude to his customers for a lead. He had glasses and talked with a sweet girly voice but was not sweet at all.

Every time I come here they make my iced coffee so so so good. The Tim hortons in Irving gives me brown water every single time I go. I love that I can count on this tims to give me the coffee that’s worth paying for! The line does take a while sometimes but I work at McDonald’s and completely understand what’s going on inside the building when I’m in line. Thank you!!

I go here at least a few times a week and my order is consistently messed up in one way or another. They struggle to get the most basic orders correct. 50/50 shot you’ll get exactly what you paid for and have it be made correctly. I just got served what was supposed to be a hot vanilla latte that was cold, mostly milk, and tasted like dish soap and I can’t give feedback to Tim Hortons because you need your receipt number and they didn’t give me one. Long story short, the employees are incompetent. This was my last straw. I will definitely not be going back to this location. I would recommend going to the Dunkirk one on Lakeshore if you want that consistent Timmies quality.

Visited this location on a Sunday around 11am went inside Wait time was horrible..( 1 order was bring prepared when I walked in, 3 customers in front of me which 1 order was a iced cap amd she was complaining that she was on a wrk break and it was taking forever.. Another was just 10 pk timbits and another was 2 drinks and a donut) staff taking care of Front of store was slow and talking to each other instead of taking and filling orders.

Coffee was definitely not fresh. Unfortunately that’s all too often the case in the afternoon. They need to find a way to keep it fresh. I dumped it after just two sips. I should have known when it took twice as much cream to lighten it up. Bummer
