I went to Penn station located at 142 Gallatin Pike S, Madison, TN 37115. I walked in the store ,head to the bathroom and there was immediate rudeness from the manager Karina. She rudely stated that the bathroom was customer only ,I said to her I’m ordering just washing my hands 1st. I came back out ,ordered. The young woman taking my order ,her shirt was completely unkempt and covered in what appeared to be animal hair. I decided to ignore it until she started handling my food. I did not know her name, I decided to ask her ,her name and let her know it’s not sanitary to come to work unkempt and handle people’s food. A animal hair could have ended up in my food. Something I paid for and had to consume. But instead she refused to let me know her name (just to properly address her) stating that their policies allow them to refuse to identify themselves. I Just went and requested a refund, the manager Karina asked why. I stated that the customer service was horrible and her worker was unkempt/unsanitary. I took a picture of the front of the establishment and the manager came up to MY CAR AND HARASSED ME!! THREATENING ME WITH THE POLICE, TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME…CALLING MY RELIGIOUS HEADWRAP A “RAG” Do not eat here!! They are rude,hostile,they discriminate against peoples religious attire.

Ordered a create your own grilled dagwood with Turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, oil & vinegar. What I got was Turkey on bread, that’s it. I added my own mayo to att last have something on it. Absolutely horrible!!

Ordered on Door Dash and didn’t receive the extra steak portion or mushrooms I ordered on my sandwich. Also the cheese was completely melted on the outside of the bread and there was none inside the sandwich.. Sandwich was super dry and lacking toppings. Love Penn station but y’all gotta do better!

Get someone with patience to work the front. Guy taking orders is so uninviting and no type of people skills. The way he took my order and I watched him take the next order was atrocious. No greets first thing he says to you is “5 min wait” ok is that supposed to make me not order. Just terrible

So I went to this location for lunch the guy that took my order Marquies was the best part of the experience. He had to call out to his female co worker that it was food coming out because she was busy in the back talking and laughing. When she did come out she got my and anothers food mixed up then had another guy help to fix it that was cool. Then she messed it up again still talking putting things on it I didn’t ask for. She then looked at me asking me what do I want her to do about it and went to grab off the things I didn’t want. Marquies yelled to her that he would remake it and she told the other guy to do the final part because I told her if she pay attention she could get the orders right. So Marquies and the other guy got it right and I was happy. Left and said have a good day. I won’t return to that location ♂️ ♂️ ♂️
