I just went to get a belt buster burger w/bacon and cheese. The belt buster is supposed to be double meat. I got home and it was a single, which is a hunger buster. I was charged for the belt buster. At least the 3 blizzards were good. I would have gone back but my son was starving and didn’t give me a chance.

Ordered a strawberry sundae and extremely disappointed with the ice cream quality. Appears that DQ has changed their ice cream, sure wasn’t soft serve. Not sure why the change in the type of ice cream they serve now, won’t be going back. Drive thru staff is not friendly at all.

Ordered a small hot fudge Sundae and a side of pecan. I was a bit surprised when I got my order of pecan. There were about 6 to 7 pieces of crushed pecans for .89c. Told the manager that if I could get a bit more because that amount was like next to nothing for what they charge. She said no because they go by scoop. That’s ridiculous! I asked for a refund instead. Was not happy! It’s a rip-off.

The food is always delicious, but try sitting inside. It is so cold that you can’t eat ice cream without freezing. No wonder the line is so long at the drive up window. You are driving people away with the temperature you keep it inside.

Ordered some Blizzards from the drive thru and ALL the blizzards were melting and dripping over! Looked like milkshakes that were sitting in the heat! 3 min later at home, they had dripped all over my car and all over my daughter’s lap! Dripped throughout the house. Couldn’t enjoy what was left because I spent time cleaning up the spills and inside my vehicle. NEVER going there again. 1 star was too much of a score.

Went thru drive thru. Overall good… A bit of a wait for the blizzards, ordered tacos, burger fries, drinks, that piece of our order came out right away. Lady at window was great just took longer than expected for the blizzards. Tropical blizzards always my fave♡ Food is good, tacos are so small tho for $10. Maybe add another taco..?

i advise for anyone NOT to work at this place. i worked there for almost a year and managers, upper management dont care about you. i reported a man for being a perv towards me, i told Alex montes ,supervisor, and he told me it was “my fault”, i told Richard perez, manager, and did nothing, richard is a perv and would always talk about inappropriate stuff with me and i would uncomfortably laugh about it because i couldn’t do anything. the manager blanca rivera would cut my hours simply because she didn’t like me. they instead gave him more hours and dismissed what i told them. They had wrongfully fired me because they have been treating me horrible and didn’t like that i didn’t let myself. i put my two weeks and revoked them because i had to wait longer and they dismissed it pretending they didn’t hear me and fired me COMPLETELY with no warning. i’m glad i’m not a part of this dq. if your daughters want to apply don’t let them for their safety and their protection.
