Moe’s is a great place to go if you need a quick hearty bite yet not covered in grease. I recommend the adobo chicken which is made from chicken thighs (alleluia!) and is soft and delicious. They offer a salsa bar with about six different styles of salsa, and if you’re like me you just put a little (or a lot) from each. You can also order ahead, there’s a pickup shelf and I can’t recall them messing that up.

Service is great, but online orders will always take priority over walk-ins which is a bit tedious for anyone in a rush. The bowl was ok but the steak was very salty. Despite it being made fresh, it was very disappointing. It also costs an extra 1.50 just for the add-on. I don’t recommend coming here for the steak so you might be better off with another food item. Save your money and go elsewhere if you want quality food.

I’ve never had a problem with this Moe’s. They are usually busy but never a problem getting the food pretty quickly. The food is good imo, my wife and I enjoy it. Sometimes the salsa isn’t filled like some other Moe’s but not a huge deal. They get busy like every other place…The monday burrito deal is awesome, and I use it quite often. Very excited that there is a Moe’s in the first place here in South Riding.

Food is typical Moe’s fair: decent. Queso was quite good. Everyone behind the counter was ESL and it was a bit frustrating to communicate in English. They understood English, but pronunciations were difficult to follow. They spoke between themselves, and relayed orders, in pure Spanish. It was a very frustrating ordering experience. I appreciated having the coke freestyle selection. The ingredients were good quality. I got what I was expecting from Moe’s for food.

Went in today, the lady making the order answers a personal phone call (cell phone in back pocket) mid order with the gloves on that would be touching my food and does not change gloves after the phone call and proceed to be confused why I want a new burrito after touching the tortilla I was ordering with contaminated gloves. Extremely unsanitary. Please train your employees about proper food handling.

I have been to other Moe’s grill in Ashburn and in Chicago.. but this was the worst experience that I had out of the three.. the order is taken in a hurry and in little quantities that I needed to say multiple times to add more.. Out of corn.. on top of that the atmosphere is so chaotic.. don’t feel like coming back here again..
