My oh my the service here is just something else! I was almost worried trying out a new pizza place, but Dominos really pushed me over the edge so I had to give Caesars a try. When I got there I was greeted by this exceptionally handsome man, or should I say MANager. His name was Jeremy and he was everything I could’ve asked for. I had my order in just seconds, and he even through in a little extra something something if you know what I mean 😉 Anyways the best service in the world didn’t stop there, he picked up my pizzas in one hand and me with the other and lovingly took me to my car. What a great day I hope we meet again.

Yesterday, I went to visit the store at around 6 or 7 at night and the treat toward me and my daughter was horrible. First of all, they left me waiting without even telling me that they would see me soon. And the saddest thing was when they ripped the pizza out of my underage daughter’s hands “because she had to pay first”… that’s how the person who attended me replied that he didn’t even give me a purchase receipt. I am a regular customer, I almost always order online and this time I decided to enter the store, I was with money in hand when this person decided to treat us that way. My daughter left the place crying, it was horrible. The world needs more patience, understanding and love.

Online says open until 10pm. Sign on the door says open until 10pm. Went to grab a quick pizza and door was locked a little after 930 and the guy inside just shook his head at me. I think I’ll pass on your establishment from now on. My Dominos pizza was good though.

Your sign says hot and ready. Im so tired of coming to you facility at supper time and nothing is ready. Always wait 5 to 10 minutes. Im done. Take the hot and ready sign down if u arent xapable of doing it. I even asked tonight if there was going to be a wait i paid for the classic instead of most best. Yep its ready. Until i paid for it. Then it was can u go sit and wait. Keep the money and the pizza im sick of the service. Lesson learned wont be back
