Usually 5 stars, but realized that when the app is being glitchy with coupons and we need to call in for a pizza, we’re never asked what kind of crust and end up with original when we’d like THIN 100% of the time. It really makes a difference in the taste of the pizza and our meal experience. Disappointed in our dinner tonight.

Food was good but the service of to get the food was redeculas wait time. Ordered 45 mins before getting to this store and still ended up wait for about 1 hour total. If I lived here I would differently be sourcing my pizza somewhere else.

I stopped at the Veteran’s location and upon entering was asked if I phoned my order in. When I said, “No” the clerk said they were very busy and I would have to wait. REALLY! No was in the store at 1pm and there were 3 clerks I could see. After 5 minutes of being ignored I said “I will get my pizza elsewhere”. I couldn’t make out what she said, just that it wasn’t nice. I will never shop there again. I got my pizza at Spicy Pie instead..

When I walked in, it took about 2 minutes to be greeted regardless of the fact there were 4 employees up front. Finally, I’m asked if I’ve ordered. I told them yes (I did it online) and then the girl walked away. I stand at the pickup counter for a few minutes while being ignored. Finally, a man comes in and is greeted right away and asked the name of his online order. I had to butt in to ask for my own order. I’m a really relaxed individual that treats customer service employees very well. But this experience REALLY ticked me off. Don’t plan on returning.

I love papa Murphy’s, but this location staff has now destroyed it for me. Arrived 50 minutes before close on 11 dollar Tuesday and got nothing but attitude from the two young girls working. It was a major inconvenience for them to help me and it was clear they were angry I was there. They all but dumped the toppings on my cowboy and put olives on when I asked for NO olives. Snarky till the end. Rude as hell and have lost a customer for life. I was furious and will never return. Pathetic the lack of work ethic these days. And now papa Murphy’s is added to the dumpster pile of businesses that have gone up on flames.
