The servers are nice, but not necessarily attentive. There is not a huge selection on the menu, and the prices seem high for what you get. My dish, the Stone Bowl Bibimbap was a bit bland and there was very little beef in it.

This restaurant used to be great. Ever since the change of ownership, the food has gone down hill. Stonebowl bibimbap tastes bland, the rice was hard to chew, with only few pieces meat inside. Yukgaejang broth taste more like a seafood-based broth than a meat one, not impressed. As a result, I tried to finish my meal as soon as possible, paid a rather tidy sum, and disappeared promising myself to never return to this establishment again. No need to say, I never finished the meal. This restaurant need to change the chef at the earliest. The reason why I gave two stars is because the service and ambiance is okay, and the waitress gave me a Yakult probiotic milk beverage on the way out.

First time eating Korean food. It was unusual but not bad. The employees were courteous and helpful. The restaurant smelt musty like an old building. No windows, so no atmosphere for the outside . They had three TVs with Kpop playing. Overall it was a positive experience.

I decided to bring my best friend to visit my old neighborhood from when I was a kid, and I stopped for an ad that caught my eye for real cheap tacos. Sadly the place was closed but as soon as I looked to my right I saw this location and me and my friend both knew we were in for an amazing meal. Hole in the wall spots are the best food you’ll eat and oh boy this place is no exception. We walked into a small hall followed by a nice expansive dining area, and were greeted with great kindness by 2 very respectful and kind ladies who seated us and gave us menus. There was many delicious options for the appetizer and an expansive lunch and dinner menu. Once we find something we both agree on for a low price it’s brought out to us quickly and with a multitude of unexpected sides and not only did it fill us up perfectly, but it was delicious as well all for a respectably low price. When we were done they even had the courtesy to ask if we wanted more sides! I’ll be coming back soon for more and best believe I’m getting more sides this time! Best local spot I’ve been to in a long while, maybe ever.

My 18 years of living back here in the United and the hundreds of restaurants I have eaten in, this is by far the best authentic Korean food I have had. The server service was outstanding, The presentation of the food was amazing, Everything was hot. Simply put this is the best Korean food I have had since I’ve been back the the USA.

Great food! So glad they are open again for dine in. Waitress didn’t seem too happy but we hadn’t been in a year so we weren’t about to leave! I always get the fried seafood pancake and ask for then to fry it a lil longer. Also, the #17 is the bomb. Its spicy and has this wonderful sweetness (light) paired with the tanginess of the Kim chi! They serve it with tofu and rice. I’ve been to other places in SA but only if I have to. (Like if they’re closed) I always choose Koreana. I really miss Richard being at the restaurant!

Looks are deceiving, this place is legit. Their food is authentic and the service is great. They do not have outdoor seating but they did have 2 huge air purifiers & 1 smaller one in the restaurant. We were able to sit on the other side of the room away from others and eat comfortably.
