Other reviews are accurate. Wait post drive thru 20 minutes to not get food, or even them remembering you ordered at all. It’s definitely a management problem. Employees were all looking totally lost while manager sat down doing whatever at a computer in the back, which can’t possibly be more critical than the 8 orders with missing or wrong food

I ordered 1 papa burger combo and couldn’t even get it in the drive thru. I had to drive around to a parking spot to wait on it. I waited in said parking spot for 20mins before getting out of the car to get the food myself. There was a another customer in there who also had a long wait. I asked a worker where my food was and he starts explaining how I’m third in line and my food will be out in a minute. Mid sentence his coworker comes and grabs the bag sitting directly in front of the worker talking to me and hands me my food. I didn’t have time to reorder so I ate a cold burger and fries. I have a terrible wait time almost every time I get food from here.

They didn’t have what I wanted and what I did order was very expensive but when I tried eating it, the rice was stale and tasted like it sat all day and when I came back to get my money back the attitudes were surprising from 2 different people. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE.
