Jason the manager gave me frozen mozzarella sticks and was beyond disrespectful the kid in the window knew they weren’t cooked all the way and ran and got Jason and Jason automatically talked back and told me he cooked it for the full time and wouldn’t re make them mind you they were completely frozen. He then proceeded to threaten to call the cops after I asked for a refund or to have my food remade or else I would be okay with police to come to get my money back it shouldn’t take the police to get a refund. You guys really need to reconsider your management. Utterly disgusted with this visit.

Took 2 minutes to get them to take my drive through order. No one being served inside. Been waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes now behind another car. Backed up to ask how much longer with no response. Ended up leaving.

Absolutely awful. Our order was incorrect. I called the location and the manager refused to do anything about it and hung up on me when I asked for their name. This is absolutely a NO recommendation location. Way too many others places near by. Spend your money somewhere they actually want it.

2 for $6 is really complicated for you guys… 2 roast beef sandwiches and 2 Arby’s sauce that weren’t even in the bag somehow took you 15 minutes. Maybe if your other drive guy wasn’t wasting time just waking back and forth and actually put in some work this really REALLY SIMPLE order could have been a 5 star but I don’t think you even deserve a 1 star it was honestly the most pathetic fast food service I’ve ever seen.

The weather was real bad so I pulled in to get dinner on my way home. I ordered a classic Arby’s sandwich meal. They took the folded meat, heated. On the bun. Without separating the meat. This changes the flavor of the sandwich. It was just laziness because they wanted to be elsewhere in that nights weather.

The restaurant is as expected for fast food. My lower rating is for the food items they’ve taken away like regular fries, onion rings and Pepsi. Coke sucks and if you have your customers a choice you would probably see this. I do love their roast beef sandwiches though.
