Done w/this restaurant. We were very patient during covid, sometimes waiting over 45+ mins after placing takeout order. Tonight my father had a medical emergency so I was delayed picking up my order. Not only did they call and berate my daughter (she explained I was on my way) but cashier insulted me when I came, PAID and picked up order. Shame on you. Goodbye.

we had ordered from this restaurant occasionally and it was always average. But this time we were very disappointed. We ordered spare ribs, steamed dumplings and fried dumplings in addition to their house fried rice. The steamed dumplings were not fresh and was very dark in color. The fried dumplings were half fried and was very disappointing. The fried rice had shrimp and chicken which was okay but the rice itself was a bit dry and had no flavor. I’d give the rice at best a 3 star rating. The spare ribs were average and a bit fatty and hard to chew. We threw the left over dumplings in the garbage. I called the restaurant up after just to let them know. It was not an attempt to ask for $$ back or anything as we have already decided we would never order from them again unless we are desperate.we told them that we were extremely disappointed with their dumplings and they said they make it fresh everyday. I would disagree and say they were in the freezer pre made months ago in my opinion. Sorry for such a review, but I feel it was necessary so the restaurant can make amends and improve.

Order a delivery at 630pm and it took 3 phone calls and finally came at 8pm. They said very busy… food was cold on delivery. They do deliveries farthest to closest to the store.. As one of their prior best customers now they will loose all my group of people. NOT GOOD !!!!!!
