I am a big fan of long john silver’s, I honestly think they have the BEST chicken strips ever, I crave them all the time but there is no LJS by me so this location is the one I go to. The staff are always friendly, but a little awkward. The prices are very decent. The location is always clean. An added bonus is arbys is in the same building so you can go over to that side and get some beloved horsey sauce

The food I ordered was delicious, prepared properly, and hot. The issue was clearly in the service. It took over 25 minutes to be served. There was no sense of urgency from the staff as customers built up. It appeared they made each order one at a time as over 10 receipts were lined up on the counter. Two customers actually left before they got their order (they paid already as well). The place was clean, food was good, but service was terrible! Only go here if you have an hour or more to spare.

The staff were nice and the food wasn’t bad, but for me, the fried fish was just too oily. When I cut the fish, grease would pour out of the fried crust. The shrimp was delicious though, and everything else was very good. I’d go back and get shrimp only or something.

This restaurant ranks way up there in my list of favorite fast food restaurants out there. Besides all the usual fried foods, they offer a menu of baked items, vegetables and rice. Despite it being almost closing time, the staff was happy to serve us. The lobby area was clean and the food was cooked perfectly. What more could you ask for?

Took forever to get served,there was no one else in the place. When we finally were served, most of the items were overdone, possibly re-fried, very dark and overdone, fries were like cardboard and flavorless. Our order was for eat in, and was boxed up to go. Our table was the best of the dirty tables, had to clean ourselves. Next time I want to stop off for fish, be assured that I won’t be going here.

Stopped in after the TSO concert @PPL Center. Food was great and the man that took our order was very nice. Some of our items we ordered were not ready yet, but when they were he was so nice and brought them to our table for us. Had a great experience.

Usually people who work here most of the girls never understand my heavy accent they don’t serve me and make me go up to the window to continue my order, their is this guy who is always so sweet and patient he always helps me, his name is Zach I just wanted to let you know he is such a good worker and is very calm and patient!! Without his help one of the girls probably wouldn’t accept my order so I am very grateful for Zach and he’s so helpful! You should give him a raise because he’s so considerate and the only one who does his job
