It wasn’t the first time I ordered here. But this time, I had a really bad experience. I payed though the app and tried explaining to the lady and the other workers how it charged me money but for some reason it didn’t go though the app with proof. They just seemed to ignore me. I still really wanted the drink, so I just tried ordering at the counter. The lady was really unclear with her words and made me feel if I was stupid or going stupid. By the time I realized what she was trying to say, I just wanted to leave due to all the inconvenience. She was really dude and seemed to be aggressive towards me. Poor customer services.

The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Never write reviews but I had to write for this one because of how rude these two ladies were. I ordered something and she took the wrong item. Yelled at me for her mistake. Told me to go outside “get out and wait”. The worst ever. The rudest behavior. Forget about them apologizing for making mistake, they are blaming me for their mistake. I am disgusted by the employees and not the food. Please change the employees because if their only job is customer service and they can’t do it then they need to leave not us. Whoever is the manager needs to pay attention. THE WORST LOCATION I HAVE BEEN TO.

I usually don’t write reviews and I used to frequent this Dunkin often but I will not anymore. Today I went in and ordered a oatmilk latte and they gave me whole milk. The lady misheard me which is fine, I was willing to pay the extra 75 cents. They, however, started to give me a hard time. They said I never said oat-milk, I am lactose intolerant I would not order whole milk. They were essentially saying it was my fault as to why they made a mistake. A simple “sorry we will remake it, it’s just 75 cents extra”, would’ve sufficed. To make it worse after they made me a new one and I took a sip I believe they just gave me the old one back. Honestly don’t come here. Go to Starbucks or Duchess Cookies.

have been a customer of this place for years, they employ very friendly people everywhere, but the employees of the Roosevelt field mall are completely disappointing, they are all very rude, especially the woman working at the register. SHe is so rude that he talks to people insultingly. They don’t take any orders properly. In an incident I experienced today, she demanded 10 cents from me for a small empty coffee cup, I wanted to pay with a card because I didn’t have cash. In response, she used a derogatory sentence such as “You don’t have any cash”. SHe said rude things like you’re going to tell me “please”, can I have it, and even looked at her colleague and laughed, they just made fun of me for asking for an empty cup . I told her at the beginning that I could have an empty glass if possible, but I was not going to buy anything other than the cup. This woman needs to be checked urgently, she gives a price according to her own mind. As Dunkin donuts branches is there a charge for the empty cup ? I am curious. The date took place on February 9, 2023- 11:05 in the morning. Zero customer satisfaction, please never go to this dunkin. Rude, disrespectful people.
