We saw Dave himself the owner it seemed to be. He was very rude to someone who brought a service dog. And proceeded to kick them out referred to chihuahua as a half wit. The hash browns were unedible my mother couldn’t finish her breakfast overall bad experience would not recommend

I don’t like to give small businesses a bad review, but they wouldn’t answer their phone to get this fixed. Ordered carry out. The food sat on the counter waiting to be rang up, longer than it took to cook it. I was either overcharged, or this was the priciest 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy in the state. Called 9 times in two hours, until they closed. They wouldn’t pick up the phone. I’m sure since they’ll have no way to pull todays order/charges up after today, they’ll be no adjustments. I’m a return customer who won’t be returning, or recommending Dave’s to any guests at our hotel.

I’ve never been here before but after a night out with friends on the Island someone suggested Dave’s for very very good dinner food. I was really hungry so I ordered a short stack with crispy bacon AND a grilled cheese off the kids menu and I may say they were right this Diner is quaint, great tasting food, very reasonable prices and very friendly waitress and cook! I WILL be back!
