Great breakfast spot! We visited on a Sunday morning. It was pretty busy. Employees were very friendly and attentive. We were seated immediately although there was a good wait right after we arrived. We tried the Migas. It was great!! The flavor was spot on and hashbrowns were fantastic! The Chicken apple sausage meal was great! The cinnamon French toast was good. We enjoyed our meals and will be back.

My wife and I used to go one in Allen but because we got some business nearby so we stop by to have breakfast here. The restaurant was clean and nice. We ordered our favorite plates that we used to ordered at the restaurant in Allen. The foods taste so delicious same as one in Allen. The food server were nice and friendly. She makes sure we never run out of coffee. We will definitely return for breakfast. Yes, we would recommend this place!

We had a bad experience, I ordered a skillet and something in it was stale had to send it back. Got the meal replaced and the harshbrown was too hard to eat not even crispy. Honestly I will find it difficult ordering food from here. The server was good but the fact that the food was not fresh and the replacement was poorly made left a bad taste in my mouth.

Much like it’s sister locations in McKinney, this place is pretty good. I give it four stars because I ordered my eggs runny and they came out hard. Anyway, I really recommend the Philly cheese steak skillet, and their sister locations should add this one to the menu…. Shown is that skillet with crispy hash browns…. And hard eggs

I recently dined at Sunview Breakfast Cafe and the food was amazing! The portions were large and satisfying. However, the service could be better. Although the food came out quickly, I had to ask for sugar, coffee, and napkins separately. Despite this, the flavorful dishes made up for it. I recommend trying Sunview Breakfast Cafe for their delicious food, but be aware of the service.

This little restaurant was a pleasant surprise for my wife and I getting breakfast on the go. Despite being at near capacity on a Saturday morning, we were greeted and seated quickly, food times were reasonable and every item we ordered was hot, fresh, and delicious. It was so good we ordered to go for our sons and they loved it as well.

The Sunview Cafe is a welcomed cafe in Melissa. We ate there for the first time this Saturday morning. The service was great. The food was delicious. I had the Dad’s meal and my son had eggs Benedict. They offer a good variety of breakfast foods along with a full lunch menu. We will go back soon for lunch. I highly recommend Sunview Cafe.
