I’m not one to complain, but the main cashier guy (the dude with short brown hair, a tattoo on his right arm, and red shirt) waited 5 minutes to acknowledge me (and there was nobody else around the area). When he did acknowledge me, he wasn’t smiling and basically looked at me so that I can spew my order at him. When I was done ordering, he didn’t say thank you, rudely pointed at the credit card reader so that I could swipe my card, and seemed just about miserable that he was there.

Waited 7 minutes to get acknowledged by staff. Had to ask next door if it was open. The cashier wouldn’t say anything just my total. Very cold and distant to costumers. The chicken teriyaki is very good, but the noodles had very little flavor.

Very rude. When I asked if they would have enough limonaid for a large drink they said no. The limonaid tank looked a bit low so i asked them to remove one of the large drink orders. The waiter started shaking his head back and forth as if to say I was causing him problems by ordering. I would have never ordered after that except my 10 yr old was with me and he’s the one who wanted to try it. BUT NEVER AGAIN

I’m not sure what has happened to the quality of the food. It used to be very good. Yes, granted the customer service always sucked but the food didn’t. Now it is mediocre and is not good. New sub par food vendor? Who knows but the chicken tasted gross. I gave it another chance but today is my last time. I could not even finish it.

The 1 or 2 chefs are rude. During most visits, I asked for sushi, and they refused to make it. During a few visits, they made me sushi. Their other foods and drinks are ok or good. I’m done with this place. From now on, I’m going with the charming staff at the other fast food places.

Yesterday I went and bought 3 plates for me and my parents. By the time I got home it was hard for me to go back to the place . To returned and get a refund . And it sucks that they serve nasty stinky rice and the veggies to customer’s. Wonder how many bought that food yesterday.!!! I got sick from my stomach and parents. It wasn’t cheap $26 The cashier Jesus said they make the rice fresh daily. So guys be careful ask before to see if it’s really fresh. Never going back

Sansei is an awesome restaurant. My mistake is to come at the heart of a lunch hour rush. I strongly recommend that you go during an off peak period because it takes a while to get what you ordered. I got my Beef and Chicken combo in a reasonable amount of time but for some strange reason I had to wait a while to get my order of gyoza. The food is made to order so it is piping hot! As always, the food is quite delicious! Staff is also friendly and courteous. I just wish there was a a more efficient way for them to sort out the orders rather than stacking the the Styrofoam containers up on one another…
