My first time here and my last! Walked in with no welcome greetings, No..can I help you? Our credit card is down so just cash only. Ok Waited…waited…& waited. Ask how much this combo was and she said I don’t know. Ok. Finally I get an answer…little to late! No interaction with your customers, wasn’t even busy. Wake up people! Went to Taco Cabana instead and had a nice lunch.

This was the first time I was ever at a Dickey’s. It’s kind of like fast food but the quality is better. You order at the counter and can watch them put your plate together. I had the ribs with fries. They were both tasty and seasoned to my liking. My friend had the pulled pork and said it was good and moist. I will go again.

Ordered from their delivery tonight. Missing 3 out of 4 side items. An entire meat on one of the plates and all of the extra bbq sauce that we bought was missing???? Wings we dry and hard like they had been out for hours. Pulled pork was good but the brisket was so so. Back to Rudy’s we go!

Placed an order online, it arrived missing items, called they said they would replace it. Came the next day, they made a big deal about replacing it. Now I feel awkward and like the bad person here when it wasn’t my fault to begin with. No Store manager to talk to or even district manager. Don’t expect much when it comes to this location, I won’t be coming back here and will recommend others not to as well. It’s not worth it.

We ordered for pickup and it was subpar. Our brisket was flavorless and stringy and the pork ribs had little to no meat. The sides were good but everything else needed work including the bread.

Went to get lunch today and didn’t even make it through the door and turned around. Was greeted by a cashless facility note on the door. Chalk up another Longtime customer that will never be back. The last time I looked on every piece of American currency the words “legal tender for all debts public and private “ appear. Poor choice of business model Dickeys.

Decided to get some takeout around dinner time. Figured dickey’s would be an okay choice. That was a mistake. Avoid this place. My chicken and brisket were cold, not even lukewarm. The cheddar sausage just tastes like grease and has a disgusting gray color. Also, they charge like 2 bucks for an extra side of sauce and give you thimble full. Pass on this place.

We called ahead to ask about specific dishes. We asked if they served beef ribs, and were told yes. Upon ordering, we asked again, are the ribs beef or pork? They say yes, beef. Then they served us pork ribs. They do not serve beef ribs. The staff seemed overwhelmed, tables were dirty, no forks available. The brisket was cold. It was ok, we understand most restaurants are understaffed, but we probably won’t be back.
