The people were very nice but it took a long time to get our meal because there were no biscuits available for 15 minutes or so. The food was delicious when we got it. We were offered a roll but we turned it down to wait for a biscuit. That took longer than the 15 minutes we were told and we thought we would get our food soon and then get the biscuit later. Even later I had to go back up to ask for our food and then still had to wait.

I’ve come to this KFC multiple times due to the fact that it’s very close to my work for my lunch break and they’re usually very fast. However, this day was the opposite. I was told to pull forward to wait on my food. Which is no problem considering they’re usually fast. Well almost the entirety of my 30 min lunch break goes by and after seeing multiple cars get their food I pull into the parking lot and go in to ask where is my order. They’re reply was “they forgot about it.” Keep in mind at this point I barely have time to eat my food, but I still want it just so I can eat something. They take their time getting my food together and the girl just says “sorry about that.” Which I just tell her ok and leave. I was not argumentive at all considering I’ve worked in the food industry myself, but for my food to be forgotten and I was the first car out of only 3 more that came in behind me and left I was pretty upset.

Went to get a 3pc chicken with tea and the chicken was old and hard i politely Called the store to let them know my food was disgusting and the manager Jeff Boyd decides ti tell me to go retrieve the food from my trash can and refused to give cooperates number. He also thought the situation was funny. Lack of respect i tell u. Don’t waste your time or money. I’ll tell everyone I know about this disgusting behavior

While placing order at the drive thru I specifically asked that the cold slaw be packed separately away from hot food after waiting on the fresh chicken to get ready I checked the bag before driving off and sure enough the cold slaw was throwed in there with the hot chicken and after another wait the drive thru clerk bought another cold slaw out. This was an inconvenience and held me up for an appointment.

That first bite into the all white meat nugget and the delicious surprise that was replacing those awful wedges with crispy battered fries are the only reason I’m allowing 3 stars, because having to circle around for the napkins they never gave, just to get the greasy ball of scrunched up ones you see in the picture wouldn’t have prompted a negative review, but coupled with these filthy and crushed sauces tells me all I need to know about hygiene standards at this place.

What a nice treat here at the Indian land SC KFC! Went inside, the counter person was attentive, and took my order and special requests with no hesitation. It was a quick, courteous visit, and I am glad to have traded in the walk-in visit over the drive through! The 8 piece meal with two large sides, the large pouch of lemonade, and the 4 biscuits easily fed out family of 4 We did order a side of Nashville Hot 3 piece tenders for good measure without the combo. Other than me not double checking the bag for the Nashville hotsauce that was missing on the order, everything else was terrific. Thanks KFC for bailing mom out of dinner this evening!

If I could give this location less than one star I would. When I specified that I wanted a bucket with 4 breasts and 4 drumsticks, they said they needed to up charge each changed piece by $1 (which is excessive for fried chicken, but whatever). On top of that, when I got home, I discovered that although they got the breasts right, I got no drumsticks at all and instead got 2 thighs and 2 wings. I’m very unhappy with the service I received here.
