I don’t know if this location has had new management or what. But, this Dunkin has really gone downhill. I order the same coffee quite often, medium iced, 4 caramel, 1 blueberry, almond/oatmilk. There’s been a couple times where I’ve gotten my coffee from here, and the coffee tastes old/burnt/. I figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, and I’ve tried it once again recently, and it still tastes awful. I’ve tried having it made with more caramel, add sugar, tried it with cream/milk, and just isn’t good. I brought it up to a manager there, and she rolled her eyes and said “Then go to another location”. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Do better Dunkin.

i don’t usually do reviews because i know people out there have bad days and feed their family with their job but every sunday i go there and grab donuts for my grandmother because that the only place that serves chocolate cream donuts sometimes i make it some times i dont today i made it i bought the last to chocolate cream donuts on the chelf and i wanted the last 10 chocolate cream munchkins and then some next to me orders it and they give it to him mind you im hispanic and hes white so what would you think i paid first and when i told them those where suppose to be mines they told me pick another donut whats the big deal and when i asked to speak to a manager they said theirs no manager on duty…. maybe it wasnt a big deal to them but i drive far just to grab these because they are my grandmothers favorite treat which i share every sunday till she dies but thank you guys

Just dunkin as a hole knows there customer’s are just happy with the same old coffee always the same depending on who makes it if all the sugar at bottom but the food is just not good and the donuts are not like they used to be and they need to change it back. Or drop.the price
