If you have 30-45 minutes to kill this place is perfect for you. Because that’s about how long it will take for you to get your food. It’s awful. If you happen I get lucky it won’t be as long and the burgers are decent. Employees are generally clueless about any corporate advertisements or how the app/online features work.

We went for a Sat dinner, small kids. Somewhat slow considering very few ppl inside. It’s a bit uncared for as far as upkeep. Toilet paper rolls were empty with TP on top of toilet. Paper towel holders were empty for quite a few tables around us and we had to find it. The toilet seats were covered in urine (my 5yo has to put her hands on the seats still so I had to help). I think they were busy and not enough staff to help out.

My friend and I decided to get a milkshake, and they were fast yes. But the place needed to be cleaned. In our milkshake there was a hair IN the shake. This was not my hair or my friends hair, we are both bleach blonde. The floor was sticky and the trash was not taken out. They grabbed the metal cup out of a drawl with many different things. The cup looked gross and looked like it had leftover shake in it. The milk was in this coke fridge and the fridge looked moldy. After he grabed a spoon off the counter and scooped the milkshake into the cup. The outside also looked abandoned. I am willing to change my review if the mistake is resolved.

So badly wanted to like this place. It is extremely dirty, your feet stick to the floor with every step. The tables were all extremely sticky and still covered in food. We ran to the car to grab wipes bc I was literally afraid to see what they would wipe the table with if we asked them. We ordered our meals, mine with Mac and cheese bites, his with tots and my sons with fries. Everything was old and you could tell the grease had not been changed in some time. His poor tenders came out black. I ordered the cheesy burger and it was literally served in a pile of grease when I opened the wrapper. We will not be coming back especially seeing as how we spent almost $40 for the little bit of absolutely awful food we got. I feel like it won’t be long before this place is shut down.

Just shockingly slow. Owner must not be very involved because staff show a complete indifference towards working and communicating with customers. Cannot overstate how bad the experience is. Currently 30 minutes into waiting on a pickup order that was supposed to be ready before I arrived and there are many others waiting as well so I know it’s not just a mixup on my order
