The food was great and our cook was great. I’m giving 4 stars because they took along time to even come over and take our drink orders. We had to flag someone down to get refills and they seriously rushed us out after the cook was done. I maybe took 6 bites before the cleaning people were there trying to clean up and set up for the next group. I understand that it’s a Saturday and they were busy but no one should have to rush to eat when paying. It took longer for them to even come service us then they gave us to eat.

Folks love this hibachi stuff. Like the smacking of spatulas, the fire, & the flipping of vegetables into the mouth. I guess they like the entertaining factor so much that they overlook the food quality, price, and cleanliness. Basicly, all the food in the hibachi is seasoned the same- soy & teriyaki sauces. The edge of the grill is dirty. It has old fat and sauces stuck on the edges facing the customers – definitely needs to be cleaned. But hey, this might be your thing. It’s definitely not for me.

I’ve been the biggest A1 fanatic for years! I’m such a hibachi fan and have sworn their fried rice has been the best I’ve ever had. The last 5 or 6 times I’ve been are just not good. They have gotten extremely cheap with portions, quality, and consistency! Their service has also been off and on as well. When you’re paying 30$ for rice, veggies, and a steak you expect to at least get quality. My filet mignon is always mixed with another type of red meat, and the veggies are strictly zucchini. The saddest part is the rice has been so dry, it almost seems left over. I’ve honestly been questioning how this place is still afloat when everything has seemed to go down hill. I’ll start going elsewhere 🙁

The restaurant has been remodeled with new ownership. They offer sushi and other Japanese cuisine and hibachi. Food and service is good and seating is comfortable and they have a nice bar and drink options. Prices are about the same as with other similar restaurants depending on what is ordered. Hibachi tables seem to be busy and popular. Tables and booths are available in the dining area.

This place has gone so far down hill. You come into eat and they rush you out they throw all the food you order on the table at once. They course nothing out. I then ordered dessert to be served freezer burnt mochi and still have to pay for it. I use to love going here but the place is just dirty anymore. The table tents haven’t been wiped off in decades. This use to be so good you just don’t care about customer service anymore.
