Ordered online for at 8pm for Carryout, with a 18 minute quote time. Arrived at 8:25pm and order was not finished. I waited for 20 more minutes and then the manager(?) realized I still hadn’t received my order, they hurriedly threw it together. While waiting, the employees in the back were loudly cussing, and complaining about all the orders. None of the employees had their hair properly restrained either. I get home and realized I had received raw boneless wings, only after eating some. Not impressed.

Waited for 35 minutes and our food was just sitting for 20 minutes on the rack. There were 5 other people in the lobby, including one lady that was waiting for their order to be remade because it was messed up. I saw one employee pick their nose and adjust their visible underwear while tossing wings. No gloves on any workers while handling food. Cherry on top: found a staple in my fries.

i don’t know what it is with this particular location but there is always some standout error every single time i or any of my friends order. wings without seasoning, missing two entire dip cups, orders sitting for 30 minutes before they call it out. generally the food tastes just fine if it isn’t cold, but i always pay such a huge amount of money for below acceptable service and follow through.

Got 0/3 of my 3 dips. Paid up for the mix and match yet did not get the boneless wings I had in order, all were traditional. Called immediately after realizing mistakes in order using two menu prompts and was unable to get through to anyone. Call dropped both times. Big wing stop guy traditionally but this experience was brutal.

I have never in my whole life had an experience like this one at a PROFESSIONAL establishment. Management here IS A JOKE!!! THE AM SHIFT LEAD/MANAGER is the most rude, disrespectful, unprofessional person i have EVER encountered the way she speaks to customers and her own staff is horrible and she should be ashamed and embarrassed!! Id like to speak with someone who is above her because i don’t understand why you would allow an employee like this to remain employed with your company. According to co workers her behavior is constant and most are intimidated by her and/or scared of her!!!! It’s TERRIBLE!!!!

I’ve ordered 3 times from the Illinois road Wing stop in Fort Wayne IN. All 3 times the orders were missing the chicken from the 2nd all in bundles or missing fries. I drive all the way back to pickup the missing items while my food is getting cold. I will never give my money to a business that is so consistently screwed up and for the most part staff want to argue with me about their short comings. 2 of the 3 orders messed up below.

I tried calling tonight regarding my order being incorrect. It rang until i received a busy signal. Can someone reach out to me? I ordered a 40 piece meal and only received 35 pieces. I would have gone back to the store, but I live about 45 minutes to an hour away. This isn’t a complaint in the slightest! I enjoy this store and the team. This wingstop is the best i have been to! Nikki the manager went above and beyond to allow us the best experience possible! She was very kind and welcoming, as were Bill and Dora the other 2 crew members she had with her. 100% recommend and will be going back SOON.
