Stopped into this place after a long day of working and they win me over! Great job on the pizza!! The sauce is so good and pizza not all sloppy , I already stopped again and probably will in the future I definitely recommend this place!!

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this specific location and continue to be a patron of the others. Tonight I was met with the nastiest rudest employee I have ever encountered in my life. She was angry that I asked for a substitute for a panini since they said they were out and she got nasty and said “number one I can give you regular bread and number two I can refund you” , I remained cool and said “ok, is it regular white bread or is it a hoagie roll” and once again she got nasty and rude and said while yelling might I add“ a hoagie roll is bread” … all the attitude and nastiness wasn’t warranted, try to spend almost 70 dollars as usual and I always tip just to be treated like trash ️

Coming from Philadelphia and now living in Berks I can honestly say there isn’t any great pizza. Yes I have tried them all. Mamas pizza is good, the staff is friendly and quick. 5 star pizza it is not. Best in the area it is. Facility is clean, prices inline.

Two employees visibly eating at the same time where customers can clearly see them & eating right over counters where food is prepped, is not cool at all. Not how Mama & the state hygiene department wanted or like it to be. Its nasty & not fair to customers with food crumbs falling write back on the scene from the employees mouth. Something’s gotta give. If you work food, you don’t eat where customers can see you or from behind the counter, really.

Decided to try Mama’s due to a friend’s recommendation. She HIGHLY recommended. Unfortunately for me it wasn’t a place I found with a great variety or many things I’m able to eat.Seemed pricey for the quality.I did wind up getting my husband a beef patty and cheese fries.Beef Patty was a definite but the cheese fries were not good..was like a blob of overcooked cold cheese on soggy fries..Not my favorite choice of Italian style restaurants .

I love their food here. I used to go often but will not be going for a very long time if ever again. I don’t care how good your food is customer service is more important. They screwed up my order & gave me someone else’s tuna type salads. I ordered the Italian salad. No biggy it happens. They suggested I just pick off the tuna, meat & olives. I asked if I could have a credit for the two salads & get them next time I come in. NO! She apologized about the inconvenience but wanted me to be inconvenience a 2nd time to run all the way back & exchange the salads right then or get nothing. Food prices are crazy & gas prices even worse. Then she suggested just a credit for 1 salad. I said no thank you I just won’t be returning.
