Best Mexican Food in town. Quality takes time, deliciousness is everything. Best burrito I’ve ever had. Amazing tacos. Owner is super cool! When they are busy, be patient and understanding, great food takes time! All good is made fresh and delicious! Yuck.. had the asada burrito .. an I thought it was Cinco de mayo, not Idaho spud day!! I say this cz upon looking at my burrito I was like where is the beans … I seen fries .. I should have gotten the tacos instead.. but that burrito killed it for me!! I had to take out the frozen fries .. maybe if they were real fresh cut fries maybe!! Not only that THE GUY WITH THE CURLY HAIR was eating the food with his gloves on an continued to give the customers their food… I won’t be coming back here!!

This is my go-to for lunchtime! Great al pastor tacos and the burritos are enormous! As for the atmosphere…. Hard to give 5 stars for a parking lot but it’s close to work so it’s a high 4 star!

I could’ve argued a week ago that this place had “the best” tacos in Idaho Falls, but some small changes recently made have stirred me away from doing that. I stand by saying these tacos have a great taste, but they’ve defaulted to using the small tortillas used by every other place in town and their salsa (specifically red) has changed in flavor. I will also add that the salsa packets have decreased in volume of salsa, which is ok, but not when you’re left with tacos and no salsa. The Carne Asada meat is also slightly different from before. I can understand the reasoning behind small changes but as a quality seeking customer who doesn’t mind the price for something great; I challenge the management of this business to address these small things and avoid defaulting to the standards of every other place in town.

We tried these guys on a whim and got the shrimp tacos, quesabiria and the al pastor quesadilla and they were all amazing! Their sauces are amazing too. I’ve never had a shrimp taco that good. And the guy running the register In the truck was super nice
