Typical Dunkin’ menu. I was very glad they had coconut donuts. I’ve been visiting for a long time. Today, their music is blasting outside. It’s never been loud before today. I almost didn’t enter assuming it was as loud inside. It was not. I mentioned the issue to an employee and they said there was nothing they could do. He said the volume level is controlled by corporate. HEY CORPORATE, TURN DOWN THE MUSIC.

I stopped by this location today for coffee and a sandwich. I got to the drive-thru speaker and while the employee taking my order didn’t sound super thrilled to be there, they weren’t particularly rude. Everyone has off days sometimes, so I’m not particularly bothered by that. However, when I got to the window, the employee there (not the same one that took my order) was rude and seemed ignorant. She did not acknowledge me at all when I pulled up, then proceeded to answer a call on her cell phone and talk loudly on speaker phone while I waited. She was not speaking English, so I know it was not a cell phone for the store or anything.

Great place hard to get in and out of. Good service, but I noticed the score was a little low, and that concerns me. Hopefully, it goes back up after they fix things. My service has always been good and the food seems fresh. I stopped in to get that new butter pecan coffee, delish.

Worst Caramel Craze I’ve ordered. It tasted terribly and wasn’t filled completely, probably missing at least least 25%. Service wasn’t great either, the drive thru operator sounded like she was annoyed I ordered coffee with coconut milk.

everytime i go to this dunkin they never disappoint. They always have great costomer service, they also make their drinks the best. When i go there i usually get one of their refreshers and even when they get it wrong they would give you the one they got wrong and still try to correct another one to satisfy your needs, but this barely happens because they always make their drinks correctly.

This Dunkin has been consistently disappointing over the past two years and today was the icing on the cake. I got the sense that customers are an annoyance for them. If I hadn’t ordered on the mobile app I would have just walked out. The coffee was really weak as well. Don’t waste your time.

This Dunkin donuts is pretty busy at morning time but people inside are really helpful and nice if you in a rush I will recommend it go inside instead to the drive thru I think is faster

No one in this location ever gets my order right. I was charged a chocolate drizzle charge. Did not bring it up but asked if they could ad it they said no. Makes no sense why I was charge for it in the first place. Male with black eyeliner has a really bad attitude. Won’t be stopping by this location again!
