Sadly disappointed with my experience from this weekend. I love this place, anytime I come home Rice Bowl is a must. I consistently brag and recommend this place to anyone who is coming through Clarksdale. Sadly, I will have to warn anyone if the young lady with glasses is up front to turn around expeditiously. She was horrible, condescending, unfriendly, and clearly didn’t want any business at all. It’s very sad because the food is great. I would rather patronize a place where people like myself and who look like me are respected and treated kindly. A simple hello and thank you for your business actually would have sufficed. Highly disappointed.

Not ever a disappointment, love the shrimp egg foo young. Cooked on point every time I order it when I’m in the area… they’ve not let me down yet. Hopefully they continue to maintain, so far so good for years thus far!

Very rude service! I ordered the two egg rolls, and was told they would be $3.50. The customer in front of me forgot to order him two with his rice. She told him $3.00. He ordered additional soy sauce for $.25, and his order was $3.50. I asked why so much for mine, and she told me the taxes makes it $3.00. The sales tax on food in Clarksdale is 8%. It should have been $.24. She told me either I want it, or I didn’t, and to stop complaining. The egg roll was good, as always, but she lost me as a customer today.

The business is now ran and own by Lisa who use to cook in Friars Point, MS. She does a great job running the place and the food there is Exceptional!!!! I always get a combination fried rice with extra onion. A small will fill up right up! Its the size of a carry out plate. I highly recommend the place if you are passing through the area, you will not regret it!
