Rude service I didn’t even notice the order was wrong till I got home just now after ordering took 10 mins alone having to repeat my order multiple times and then they still get it wrong. Confirmed and sold an order with 3 items that are apparently no longer on the menu and 4th item that they can’t make due to a broken machine. Why wasn’t I contacted? Why did you confirm an order you couldn’t fulfil? Why did you confirm an order with multiple items that you no longer sell? Why didn’t you contact me and provide alternative items? I now have 3 people who don’t have food. This could have been an easy fix. Has anyone in the last year had a good experience at this location? The 1-star reviews are a warning to heed.

This sonic is normally pretty good. However, over the last month I have noticed a downward trend in service. I have been there 4 times in the last 3 weeks and every single time I try to order a sonic blast I am told the machine is down. I used to think that sonic was better the McDonald’s but after this month long experience not so much anymore.

the slushies taste weird. they have this really bad chlorine taste to them. has a classic taste of an old water filter that has never been changed. Either that or the tap water just really taste bad. We ordered slushies and we had to throw them away because my kids kept gagging at the taste. and all my kids had diarrhea and all we had was slushies and some hotdogs. IDK if it was the slushies or the hotdog or both… better to just go to damn circle K and make your own slushes because at circle K atleast they have a water filter on their soda and ice machines to make some slushes. avoid this place.

It is 5:00 on a monday & we pull in to a spot & after some time they answered us & said they were only taking orders in the drive-thru…..i guess the plus was the service was really fast…but my corn dog tasted freezer burned & my husbands chili dog tasted old….& how the hell can a place that sells fries & tots be out of salt?!

In the words of Rick Ross “somebody lied” …After reading the reviews I was very reluctant upon whether or not I should visit this location…well lets say I’m glad I ignored the reviews! Strawberry limeade was made fresh ,tots were fresh and the foot long coney dog had plenty of chili & … definitely not disappointed,friendly staff and the morale of the crew was upbeat and lots of great teamwork going on here. Great job to the Saturday night crew here definitely proved the reviews wrong and delivered that nostalgic flavor and drink Sonics is known for, keep up the great work!!!! Definitely will be back!!

I was placing my order and asked for a strawberry shake and whomever was taking my order. Said we are only doing slushes and I ask does that mean no other kinds of ice cream either? she puffed , sounded exasperated, and she said “didn’t I just tell you that we are only doing slushes” with a very bad attitude and really bad customer service. She never told me the ice cream machine was not working or they did not have any ice cream. She’s just said we’re only making slushes. When I asked her what’s your name she thought about it too long and said it was Sara. I have been noticing the past few months that every time I go to this location they always say they don’t have ice cream.

hours were confirmed 4 weeks ago, says closes at 1 am, went an hour before and it’s closed. Workers there look the other way when we went to ask their hours at the drive thru window, not even have the courtesy to say they’re closed.
