This location is just frustrating. The staff is not trained and never know what is the drinks I’m ordering. They over charge for syrups and always out of food. Platte city deserves a better coffee spot.

Love this place it’s located inside the Platte city price chopper. Great location, great hours, fantastic staff. Full Starbucks menu. We never have to wait very long for our drinks. Very fast and friendly service. I wish they had the scan and pay and the ability to get your Starbucks stars that is the only downside to this location. However still 5 star and above service and will definitely return this is always my last stop before we leave Platte city to come home and that will not change

I had to review this Starbucks bc the employees were so friendly and helpful. My wife’s order can be complicated but the employee at the register was so patient and she made sure it was right. The girl who was making the drinks was great too. My mocha was tasted better than most. I usually try to stay away from Starbucks inside grocery store (Price Chopper), but this one was better than most.

I went in hoping to get a cold brew coffee.. my favorite, but they were out. I went with a iced peppermint mocha instead! The two gals that were there were super helpful. One was a blonde and the other was a lady in her early 50s maybe? I could not tell. She had Reddish-brown hair. I didn’t catch their names but they were both sweet! Last minute I asked if I could sub oat milk for the regular milk that they use because I’m lactose intolerant, I offered to pay the difference but wasn’t charged. Overall 5 star experience. 🙂

They didn’t have the first sandwich I asked for even though it was in the glass display. No biggy, I ordered something else. The employee then sat the uncooked sandwiches beside the microwave and forgot about them. After getting my drinks, I reminded one of the employees of my sandwiches and they still didn’t get them for me. It wasn’t until I flagged down another employee before they started to cook them.

I wish they had the mobile ordering available at this location. But the drinks were prepared deliciously (wound up with an iced latte instead of a frappuccino, but I didn’t mind since I was torn between the two). The drink mix up was an honest mistake and I’m sure they would have fixed it in a heartbeat if I asked.

The girls there were pretty rude and friendly. I was going to let it go talking it up to them being busy but when they threw my food at me across the counter I got pretty irritated.
