They updated thier sushi rolls. To bigger portions and chunks of salmon! Amazing!. I have the salmon lotus roll. ( the lotus chip is a decorative piece more than an edible one. Twas very very hard to eat without feeling you might hurt a tooth, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying the rest of the roll!)

Not sure where to begin but let’s go with the Ramen brittle Green Tea Ice cream. Yes, dessert first for the review ha! The ramen brittle was unexpectedly bomb. When I saw it on the menu, I had no clue what it meant… just another unique eats to try. The green tea flavoring of the ice cream was REALLY light. Good texture though. It’s bigger than it looks on the menu. I was eating solo for dinner and since I already had a huge ramen, I couldn’t finish it. I think it was a serving for 3 people after each person eating a huge ramen.

Great ramen spot! Very friendly, and upbeat staff. We ordered to go…was not sure how the ramen experience would translate via to go. But they packaged the broth separately from the rest. Mix at home, and boom! It was great! We got their signature ramen. Two bowls it was about 40 bucks including a take out tip of 18%. The restaurant was nice, and well attended when I grabbed our order for take out. The timing provided was accurate. The order was fresh and ready! One note, it is on the second floor of the structure just south of the main Honolulu boardwalk. Easy to get to, just remember it’s on floor two! Plenty of street parking around, and some structure parking as well! We will be back! Thanks!

We came here while visiting LA. We sat outside and it was beautiful. Very nice ambiance and the music they played was nice. The food was great. We had the kimchi ramen, tonkatsu ramen, kaarage chicken curry and california poke. The staff was very nice and overall we had a great experience.

I’m deeply disappointed by my recent visit to your establishment. The staff’s lack of proper training was evident as they not only botched our orders but also kept us waiting for nearly an hour, all the while watching other patrons who arrived later receiving their orders promptly. The absence of any updates or communication regarding the delays was particularly frustrating, leaving us feeling ignored and unimportant. This experience significantly marred our wedding anniversary celebration, and I regret choosing your venue for such an important occasion. Given the chance, I would give this experience a 0-star rating, as it played a part in tarnishing what should have been a special day.

One of the best ramen places in the area! Started by the same people behind Modan so the quality and taste is similar if you’ve been there before. Very flavourful and rich broth, pork slices had a nice fat content and charred slightly which added some nice flavour and texture. Noodles are cooked well and had a nice bite to it.

New spot for ramen! The Karaage chicken was one of the best I’ve had!!…Beautiful and tasty. And the Ramen… it was so creamy. The chashu was soft in the middle with seared edges, it added volume to the experience. Portions we’re nice and not skimpy. I would definitely come back. It’s on my top 10 list of ramen spots
