Following in the tradition of Viveca’s renowned Viking ancestor, Leif Eriksson, this husband-wife team left family and friends behind in Stockholm, Sweden for Orlando to conquer new challenges in America. Specifically, with the goal of actively competing in the world of NHRA: yes, that’s right National Hot Rod Association Drag Racing!

This was a food truck located on Ivanhoe Brewing property when I visited. The lady was a one lady show, so patience is a must. I had the mac and cheese, and it was delicious!! I would definitely recommend for some Swedish dishes, but arrive early because she will run out!

I visited this food truck some years ago and I love it!!! I can’t wait to be able to return. I ate the Leif and it was a surprise for me, I loved every thing of it. Also, I tried the Ragnarok Burger, because it was my son’s father plate and it was the best burger I have tried. Also, the customer service is excellent!

Took an hour and a half to get food from the little Halloween festival the food truck was at last weekend. It was one person running it, taking orders, and cooking. If you can’t have more than one person manning the truck to be the most efficient, know your limits and don’t waste people’s time at a festival.
