Chaffee’s Brewhouse is a little bar located in the heart of the downtown historical district of Tipp City, Ohio. Our goal is to provide craft beer and cocktails, wine, and mocktails in an inviting and completely renovated space within the Chaffee’s Opera House building, a structure that was built in 1867 and still retains the original charm and history of years past.

I’ve not eaten but the wine and beer selection is always top notch. If that isn’t enough the JuJu will make a knockout cocktail while she laughs and listens and catches up on the small town happenings. Amazing burger food truck on Monday nights with delectable truffle fries. Cool casual rooms away from the bar to catch up or get cosy or have a group outing. Stop in the Serendipity Paper Company attached / next door for a funny or creative gift too. A real small town gem in Tipp.

We went in tonight for a beer to get a dora cup and my kids needed to use the bathroom. The bar tender made a rude comment to about our children being in the bar, We were only going to be in there for a minute and walk around. My husband heard her and then after she made the comment she slipped away and never came back to get my husbands order. Needless to say we got a beer elsewhere. Not going to put up with the rude consumer service. Also would like to mention the people working tonight appeared as though they were a bit tipsy themselves.
