I went thru the drive thru @ U’r Kuala Street store in Pearl City. I’ve always ♥️’d U’r chicken fingers. My complaint is about U’r service. During my visit I ordered two box combo’s & 1 of U’r chicken sandwich combo meals. After arriving home I discovered that I only had 3 pc’s of chicken instead of the usual 4 pieces in my 1 box combo. Disappointed I tried calling U’r Kuala Street store. All that I got was a “NO ONE IS THERE TO ANSWER U’r CALL” recording… What the Heck!!! Was there no one there to answer the phone?

The chicken fingers here are tiny. They are half the size of what you get on the mainland. The toast was cold, not room temperature, but cold. The tea tastes like pond water. The dining room is gross. There are bugs everywhere. Everything is sticky.

Had to see what the hype was about with Raising Canes. Got the Caniac Combo with their sweet iced tea. 1 star for their Dr. Pepper drink because thats the 1st Dr. Pepper that I have had from a drive thru that actually didnt taste flat and the other star was for their bread. Chicken tenders had no taste at all and was very dry. Also tried their sweet iced tea and I must say, walmarts sweet iced tea tastes way much better then this iced tea. Here in Hawaii we have so many different foods from all over the world so when you bring your business here you better make sure you bring the flavors. Raising Canes for me was such a disappointment.

Overall our family likes Raising Cane’s, however something this visit made me take off a couple stars. The place was busy so the cashier was taking and filling orders. None of the employees were wearing masks and the cashier sneezed on top of four orders. We ordered our food to go so it had a little less chance of grossness…

I usually get the box combo or the 3 finger combo. I always make sure to ask for extra Cane’s sauce since I dip my chicken fingers and fries in it. The Texas toast is always delicious. Drive-through is available, and even though it’s almost always busy, the line for the drive-through doesn’t take long. I have 4 stars for the food because the chicken fingers are bland by themselves unless you have the Cane’s sauce. Honestly, the Cane’s sauce is the main course.

5 months ago, this place was awesome. Hot chicken tenders and good sweet tea. Came in the restaurant today. The restaurant has 2 loud speakers of music. Looked around, and they are over the cashier and drive thru area. You have these 2 speakers for the whole restaurant to hear the music. The dining area is dirty. They clean the tables with wipes. Not cleaning tables with disinfectant water bottle cleaner and a rag. The tables had dirty streaks on the table. The soda station was very,very dirty. With sweet tea and soda on the soda station. There was no ketchup in the ketchup dispenser. Napkins were almost empty in both napkin holders. The trash was over flowing both cans at the door with trash. When I was ordering and saw a ant on the countertop and had to swipe flies away from our food. Food is good. Restaurant part was of trash.
