Love this place. Staff was incredibly helpful, shout out to Paul! Tavern Salad was amazing; only complaint, pull the cheese balls out and let them defrost, center was still frozen. Would pass on the sticky shrimp.

Everything we ordered there, except for the children’s chicken fingers, was a nightmare and awful. The food had no flavor, was not properly cooked. My sandwich was soggy on the bottom. Most of the food was inedible. I ordered a quinoa and farro salad that looked like wet dog food and looked so bad that I couldn’t even try it, was nauseated by it. There was no quinoa or farro in it apparently, and we were never told that. The seared tuna was also awful. Drinks were miserable with mostly just juice in it. You don’t serve cocktails in a beer pint glasses. I wanted to give this place another try, but I don’t think I will ever want to go to this place again and don’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your money and time.

Delicious meal and great service. I got the special, a seared duck breast on spätzle with a cherry bacon sauce. My boyfriend had the seared tuna with rice and vegetables. We had a vanilla ice cream sundae for dessert. Thanks for having us!

Four os dined here last evening March 9.2023. The meals were exceptional, salmon and scallops with desserts ,crème brûlée and apple pie and ice cream. The service was attentive and prompt. An exceptional dining experience.

Ordered the ribeye. It was cooked to perfection, but lacked any flavor. The vegetables that came with it were amazing though. Waitress was attentive and kind. Atmosphere got really loud and not from music. For some reason there was a group of four near the bar that thought everyone (a handful of people in the restaurant) in there needed to hear what they were talking about.

Always enjoyed tavern dining. Last night discovered new chef hails from the South. Tried Todd’s shrimp and grits, it was amazing. So flavorful and satisfying. Had mussels for appetizers. They were perfectly done. Ended up seeing friends there and staying longer so ordered more mussels since they were so delicious, healthy and a good choice after several cocktails . As always the staff is best.

Great service and great atmosphere. We got the surf and turf. The filet was not a filet. It was cooked to requested temperature but was not tender as a filet always is.
