Stopped to grab dinner after going to the Big Book Sale for the Charleston Library. New menu items with Sweet Heat were suggested by Miss Odessa and she was sooo right. The chicken sandwich and loaded fries were amazing. The roast beef was cooked to.perfection. The krinkle fries were delicious . The staff was courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this Arby’s.

Food was good, service mediocre as the workers were trying to juggle 3 jobs at once. Not enough help, but they did the best they could pleasantly. The soda fountain was limited but the server did warn us that there was little selection and the drinks were flat tasting. We opted for tea instead which was good. Overall, it was a good experience.

Typically there’s no issue with this location. Service is slow, but its understandable considering its tucked behind Frankie’s on Ashley Phosphate. However when I have to repeat an order in the drive through four times, the cashier still is reading it back wrong, and is corrected twice after that because there’s some kind of “miscommunication”AND THEN she comes out to bring food with the worst attitude, the inncorrect food, and then begins to argue with us because it still doesnt look right? Unacceptable. I’d give a name but the ticket had a man’s name printed on it.

The food lately has been great (although my chicken salad sandwich was a little heavy on the Mayo today) and the staff (which are high school kids) we’re very respectful. My only complaint is that narrow drive through but, I could go in and order so that’s on me lol. *Update 12/5/21- How is this location still in operation? I’m the only customer here.. Two employees behind the counter.. all I want is a Greek gyro. This isn’t it!
