I have come to this specific Carl’s Jr for a long time. It’s as usual decent service but the food is still as good as I remembered. The service was great. The atmosphere was kind of amusing because people don’t like to eat inside of restaurants like they used to. It was quiet and overall just a trip.

I Love Carl’s Jr breakfast menu, but I was severely disappointed when my Frisco sandwich was not grilled as it should be. I took it back in to have it corrected only to have it slightly toasted. The ham & egg was still cold.

Went in for breakfast with my daughter and found the service (and food) to be somewhat lacking. I ordered a coffee and, when I went to refill it, they informed me that there wasn’t any more.

Where to start? The service was nice. The$ For a chicken sandwich combo not the best price. The sandwich was made good. But the chicken was a small very dark brown with burnt pieces on the breast that was about half the size of the bun not good at all.The fries were cold and nasty. The tea tasted old and gross! If I was not pressed for time I would have went back for a refund! I eat breakfast here quite often. I think I will go elsewhere from now on.

Friendly helpful staff. I tried something new. Lettuce wrap burger was delicious. Any of their burgers they will wrap. It came with paper around it to help with the mess. I asked for guacamole on the side. If your looking to cut carbs, I can recommend this. Ask for no salt on fries for hot and fresh fries. My hubby says they have the best gravy for biscuits in the morning!

Great customer service. The food was okay. We was disappointed to see the sign on the playground door saying it was closed for repairs. I feel like they should put it on the front door. My little one was so disappointed we didnt realize it was closed until after ordering the food. The cleaning lady had mentioned that it had been closed for a long time now that they aren’t fixing it anytime soon.

Went to Carls Jr tonight. The gal in the speaker was very friendly and patient. I ordered a single bacon beast burger and asked for only the cheese, lettuce, and the meat. So no condiments, onions, or tomatoes. What I opened when I got back home was a bun with lettuce, cheese, and tomato….. what?! NO MEAT AT ALL. So now I’m sitting here eating French fries for dinner. Check to make sure your order is correct before you leave this place.

Apparently their employees decided when they close bc I showed up before 10 by at least 15 minutes and they ignored us and shut the lights out refusing to serve us. Obviously the customer does not come first here. U know how it it when you’re craving something specific that u really want. But they didn’t care. Employees were walking out the door b4 10pm b4 we got out of the drive though. I’ve worked with food and customer service for decades and we never did that. Didn’t matter if we already cleaned the grill or anything we always put the customer first, but here the only thing that matters is they get off and get home as fast as possible. Worst experience I’ve had. Never has a place locked their doors ignored customers and turned out the lights before close on me like that. They ruined my night by far.
