So I’m visiting this beautiful state of Washington, and I notice there is a ton of coffee shops, and teriyaki restaurants! While walking my dogs, the decadent smell of teriyaki permeated through the air and into my nose. It was at that moment, I knew I had to try it. Asap. Went to Chung’s at about 7 on a Sunday night and although they were packed and very busy, we were seated quickly and the food came out fast, hot, and fresh. I ordered the chicken teriyaki which was so delicious, and the cabbage was very yummy as well. The 2 red dipping sauces at the table made the meal even more tasty. My SO got the chicken fried rice and it was the best we both ever had. Both meals totaled under $20, and we had enough for lunch the next day. Needless to say, we will be back a lot more! Great service and wonderful food!

Frequently eat here as it is quick and yummy. I think of it like Asian fast food. My go to is the Bahn Mi, but I switch up the meat each time. I also really enjoy the Hong Kong noodles.

The food was Ok. Very expensive. The noodles were overcooked, and the chicken was over grilled. The tofu was delicious, though. I got a tofu noodle bowl. The spring roll only had noodles, lettuce, and over grilled chicken. (No other veggies)The place was clean. The first time at this restaurant was at a 3 day training at the Kitsap Conference center.

Great food. Don’t be fooled by the name, the owners and cooks are Filipino from Hawaii. The fried rice with huge and with a lot of meat, the egg rolls were huge and had meat….and the Vietnamese sandwich was very authentic, better than one I had at a Vietnamese place the other day.

I wish this restaurant wasn’t here. It’s in such a great location for the city, but it offers very limited hours. I wish a restaurant that offered a full day would move in to accommodate the locals and the shipyard and not just profit off of the workforce. I love their Silverdale location. If this were open evenings or weekends, I would be glad to patronize them, but they have chosen their clientele, and it is not me or anyone who isn’t around and wanting to eat during shipyard hours.

Long drive thru wait. they gave me someone else’s order and the next day I went in for a replacement order or a refund. They gave me NEITHER and said it was my fault for not calling them immediately that night. (I had a meeting and no spare time). Go to joy teriyaki instead, they’re cheaper and better service. Chungs made the mistake and refused to make it right. Terrible service. Terrible food.

I really do love chungs teriyaki. Unfortunately, it’s almost as if their quality has gone down hill at this location. The first couple of times were amazing..now every time I go the meat taste old, the fried rice has a fishy taste, and it’s just not as magically delicious as it once was. You’re better off going to the Silverdale location.

Love the food here but they made me angry today. They now charge an extra 10 cents for a bag. A bag which failed at the handle and dumped the food all over the ground less than 1000 ft from the restraint. I called them and explained if they charge extra for bags that they should not fail within minutes. They said they would let their manager know. This does not help my hungry belly or my want to go back there!!!!!!

Excellent teriyaki with lots of different options such as chicken, beef, pork, steamed rice, fried rice, etc. Huge portions which usually leaves you with having two meals out of what you order. Overall very good food and quick service.
