If I could give them a -1 I would. To start I placed an online order for an epic stuff crust pepperoni pizza and wings for delivery. It stated the order would be delivered by 8:30pm then it went to 8:49pm and then to 9:26pm. Once the gentleman delivered my order after waiting and now starving, I open it to see it is THE WRONG ORDER. I take it up to the store since it’s not far and the door is locked. I see a worker and he doesn’t come to the door and shakes his head no and tells me to go away. I try to explain to him that the order delivered was wrong and he was not hearing it, he continues to wave me off and tells me to leave. Another customer arrives to pick up a order and he gets the same treatment along with a DoorDasher who was there to pick up an order for another customer. The DoorDasher said the guy working was the only one there and decided to lock the door and not take any more orders at 9:45 pm be a it was just him. I understand being overwhelmed with orders especially being the only one but customer service should remain at the forefront and the way he talked to me through the door was past unprofessional and unacceptable. I never expected this from this store or this company. Done with Papa John’s.

I called because whoever made my pizza forgot my cheese cup and put in a garlic cup i never ordered and smashed it inside making the box and pizza soggy. This is how they did me and had the nerve when I call to have a rude tone as if I did this myself saying “uh huh sure” after I said I could provide photos, and then after saying they’d replace it in a rude tone as I went to say “I hope I don’t sound rude, the manager hung up in my face”. Needless to say I contacted higher ups online and am leaving this hear. I bought this for co workers and now my boss is pisssed because the building smells like garlic. Thanks papa johns.

Well the pictures show you i don’t understand how you work at a pizza place yet can’t cut/ aren’t even what so ever. Also i order this all the time and not once has the cheese bread ever been like this before it’s basically like a cheese pizza with how thick and how they left it having crust also not even piece what so ever.

I’m convinced that the staff at this location just doesn’t care! I ordered a pepperoni and sausage medium pizza with hot lemon pepper wings for delivery. My order gets here and the pizza has pineapples only on it no meat. My wings came unsauced as well. I call and complain and I’m assured the correct order would be sent… WRONG AGAIN! This time it was even worse than the first mess up. The pizza isn’t cut and it has garlic crust… yuck!

By far the worst store in the entire southeast. They don’t acknowledge your existence when you walk in the door, then they get rude with you when you ask about your order. Every single time I go in this store it’s mass chaos, the employees cussing each other and the customers as well. Just today I stood waiting to place a order 15 minutes without being acknowledged 1 time, entire time phone was ringing and nobody was answering, I eventually walked out and took my business else where . The entire store needs to be retrained from the ground up or completely replaced with more respectful competent employees

I’m sorry, but after waiting almost an hour in the store waiting for our takeout order I have had enough. This is not the first bad experience I have had at this location with untimeliness. I placed an online order, was told it was ready for pick up, arrived and A WHOLE HOUR after the pick up time it still isn’t ready! While other people come in and out getting their food and others have to wait?!? This store has some major timely issues and customers are very unhappy. We will now be taking our business elsewhere. If you want fast accurate service do not come here!!! People should not have to wait in store 30+ mins or even a hour(!!!!) for one pizza that they placed an order ahead of time for. Not even sure there was a manger there because no one seemed to know what was going on. Very unprofessional behavior.

Absolutely terrible pizza. First mistake I made was ordering at night. The pizza I had wasn’t even hot yet I still ate it because I don’t like taking food back cause people do messed up stuff to food returned. I would give 0 stars if possible!! Last week I order lunch from their app and notice the address is not my address, I didn’t enter the address and must be a glitch in the software. So I called and was told they could put in another order and that I had to pay for the second order to get my food since they use door dash. How does a delivery pizza place not have its own drivers???? I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager and asked to speak to her manage and she refused to transfer me or give me his number. She said I would be refunded after I said I wasn’t paying for it and I have yet to receive the refund! This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had trying to have $60 worth of food delivered!! I will never be ordering from any Papa John’s again!!!!!

I went there to order a pizza and do a takeout. We prefer that you do an online order because I really don’t want to take your order in person. The lobby area is really designed just for takeout. I’m sure most of their business is done by delivery.
