Sent an online order for carry-out. When I arrived, a customer was struggling at the cash register while the team member behind it was ignoring the customer while on their phone. The team member seemed annoyed when I asked for my order. Once I was home, I noticed a pizza was missing one of the toppings. I was annoyed because I didn’t want to wait for them to remake it and each topping costs extra; I didn’t get what I paid for. I attempted to leave feedback online via chat, but it said to contact the manager of the location. When I called the location and clicked the option to speak to the manager, it rang repeatedly. When they finally picked up they didn’t answer… they just left the phone off the hook. I could hear them say “I hate the people that live around here.”

The cashier was friendly. However, the pizza was dry and bubbled up. Also I requested the pizza at 11:30 and it was ready at 11:15 so it wasn’t very hot once I got it.

I haven’t ordered from Papa Johns in a long time for a multitude of reasons but they sent us some promo codes in the mail recently so we figured we would give them another shot. Horribl miserable fail. Ordered a large All the Meats and a small Sausage pizza. No add-ons or substitutions and special instructions. Didn’t even add flavor to the crust. Just the default pizzas.

Worst pizza makers with respect to Papa John’s. I place the order light sause and extra cheese. They do the opposite cause they don’t care. Whenever I apply a discount code for a carry-out order, they don’t make the pizza the way I put the order.

worst customer service ever. showed up with the wrong order. called the store, they said we could either wait more than an hour for our order or get a refund. no offer to expedite another order or even give a discount. rude on top of all that. Terrible service when I ordered my food. I tried placing my order online three different times and it would take the money off of my card and refund it immediately each time. I called the store and they had no record of my order. I called them again to place an order over the phone and got connected to the order call center. I ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. I got to the location for pickup and opened the box and there was no cheese on my pizza. They messed up my order and I was on break from work and on a time crunch. They couldn’t offer me anything except a refund and to remake my order which would take more of my lunch time which is only 30 minutes. Terrible online service as well as over the phone and I don’t recommend. Still waiting for my food after being told it would be 5 minutes. It’s been at least 10…

I have never had an issue with this location. They have been consistent and I like earning the papa dough points online. So I always make an order online and pick it up in store. The quality has always been pretty good and I have never regretted ordering here. I prefer getting their Vegetarian Pizza and I like their crust with some garlic sauce.
