Good food, good staff, but need more hands on deck. The girls tonight were working diligently and as fast as they could. It was insanely busy when I came by, it definitely felt like there should have been more people scheduled for the saturday before mothers day. The staff was friendly and kind despite other customers not understanding and being quite frankly rude. They were behind but hard working. Thank you guys for the food and taking care of my big order with care!

Pizza is good and price is ok, fresh and store is clean. Ordered on the phone to be picked up had to wait when I arrived because they still had to make it. Defeats the purpose of calling in the order. Ran by teenagers who are too busy picking zits which I witnessed waiting for my pizza. Possibly under new management. The Pizzas are not the same and not as good as in the past.

I called to place an order on Saturday, May 6th. and it was 30 minutes before they closed and they weren’t answering the phone. So I went in and they were purposely ignoring phone calls so that they could put things away, they also seem very annoyed that they had to get things back out to make my pizza.

Still the worst Papa Murphy’s I’ve been too even after submitting a different horrible review and speaking with the manager. Employees don’t answer the phone, in store the employees are super rude and unhelpful. Also the website does not give you all of the menu options available, how hard is it to run a business in 2023? Apparently it’s tough.

Pretty pathetic lack of integrity by employees who take your order within enough time before close and say they will have your food ready but lock their doors and hide when customers are waiting outside. If you can’t take orders, just say you’re not taking orders but don’t waste people’s time.
