Restaurant located out in the country. Frequented by many locals. Have a drink at the bar. They will take your order and tell you when the table is ready. Nice salad bar along with good food. Service was good also.

I can’t imagine why somebody would rate this place poorly. I came in after not being here for several years due to moving out of state. I had a fantastic meal with an adult beverage, steak, seafood, coupled with fantastic, accommodating, happy service and my bill was still under $40.

First time here and impressed immediately with the fast service & friendliness of the bartender! Ordered our drinks, looked at the menu, and they took our order right away. Salad bar had everything you could want on it and 2 different soups, which were both delicious! Our food was delivered before we could even finish our salads! No long wait, which was amazing considering they were so busy. Husband got haddock and fries and said it was very good. I had the ribeye and loaded baked potato. It was a little thinner cut than what I’ve had at other places but it was very good. I would have preferred it a little more seasoned & a bit more charred, but it still tasted very good and I had quite a bit to take home (made for awesome breakfast the next day with eggs ). Our server was awesome! She checked back often making sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything else. Had a great conversation with her about her raising and showing her chickens (they sell farm fresh eggs and I wanted some but they were sold out) that’s how we got on the topic. Very pleasant and friendly. All the servers were on top of it from what we saw. Great job! Food was hot, as it should be, not just warm or cold like what I usually end up being served at other places. Had an enjoyable time and great tasting supper on my last day of vacation! Will definitely be going back again, and bringing family next time!

An average Wisconsin experience. We had steaks, a sirloin and a ribeye. Both were prepared to our liking. The salad bar was primarily lettuce with the normal accompanying toppings and dressings.

Geno’s is always a great place to dine. The service is always a 10 star even though 5 is max. Your glass is never empty and the salad bar is the best.
