Poor customer service and this particular location is very dirty, take a look at the ceiling tiles and vents above their food prep area. I also tried to use a coupon from the website as I ordered online. My order met all of the requirements for said coupon. They would not apply it. Order here pretty regularly never had any issues . They started delivering to my house so we ordered online they where 10 min late no biggie well after checking my bank account they charged me an extra $4 . Called spoke with the manager who was very defensive and rude they fixed it . But after questioning her driver tipping herself she blamed us . Will not be back to this location Thompsons or jets . Need to work on your customer service .

I placed an order online and went to pick up my order and they did not have any record of it. I get that mistakes happen especially with web portal. why I took my business permanently to Thompsons is because the manager didn’t offer to make me the pizzas and repeatedly kept saying “sorry we don’t have your order.” Where is your customer service? This is not the first time I’ve been treated rudely by the same woman.

Happy for vegan cheese and meatless sausage options. Yummy sweet red peppers for topping. However, when compared to the Ann Arbor Cottage Inn, it pales in comparison. The Chelsea store tends to be skimpy on cheese. Best to order double.

Definitely the best pizza in town. Tired of being let down by the other overrated pizza place in town, its just not good pizza. Period. Cottage inn IS though. It’s consistent, great pizza and the staff is always super friendly. All the delivery people I’ve met have been great and the food tends to show up in half the time they estimate. Try the veggie Greek pizza, it’s pretty incredible. Great sauce, great crust, what more could you ask for?
