I love Taco Tico but this Taco Tico had the worst service ever. The guy taking my order didn’t knoll how to work the register and was rude. He even tossed my mild sauce onto the tray even though it was sealed with a lid. Then they brought my toastda out on a wrapper and not a plate or styro. The vibe was weird in there. Nobody looked happy but hunger took over everything and I ate my tostada and Taco Burgers quickly then left only to be stuck outside in my carThe parking is horrible because there were cars behind me waiting to order through drive through. I’ll give them one more try but next time I’ll let them know I’m going to do a review on their store and I get millions of views so they might want to act like they enjoy working there. Sorry I didn’t get any pics but I didn’t want any tweekers coming off a 12 day binge thinking I was doing surveillance on them.

This was our first time going and we chose to eat in. Honestly just for how fast and nice it was we will go back, but the I side tables and all do need a good cleaning. Worth the friendliness and how calm the dining room was.

Absolutely horrible as the tacos (the drive-thru) that I ordered had hardly any meat, lettuce or cheese to my surprise upon arriving home to eat. Called the manager and was told we’re in the process of training new people and besides we are only allowed to put so much in each taco. I would like to make a suggestion….. Perhaps you should train staff before they’re put on the line to make tacos. The manager was totally irresponsible with my call as if they could care less.

I ordered at the drive thru and then wanted a different food choice. I parked and went in to ask if I could cancel my drive thru order and place a to go order. The staff said of course and provided my food very quickly! Thanks to Taco Tico staff!

Smaller tacos but were very good especially for the price and for fast food. The tots were hot (recommend with cheese) but my favorite was the bean tostada. Definitely going back again.

Just went to the 17th Street location. Asked for mild and reaper sauce. Did not get any salsa at all or utensils or even napkins. Way stay up on your stuff tico fell like I wasted money stoping in and don’t get to enjoy my food near as much. Get it together.

Horrible service, Horrible customer service. Ordered food with drive-thru three-quarters of the food was not in the bag. Called in they said we was lying about not getting all our food. They said they will watch the cameras and to call back tomorrow. I highly suggest check bag at the window. Because once you pull away they don’t care if the messed up or not. Never eating at taco tico anymore.
