My sis and I stopped at the Jefferson WI restaurant this aft. We were greeted with a very pleasant smile and hello. As we were eating George came by, introduced himself and asked how things were…GREAT was the response. I must tell you this…I can not remember having such great tasting fries in my life!! I bought a large order to go because they were so good. George was again MORE than helpful and courteous as were ALL the employees. THANK YOU AGAIN GEORGE AND THE REST OF THE CREW! I assure you I will be back again!!!!

Just stopped in to this location and refused to serve us in the dining room even for takeout because they claimed the dining room was closed even tho it stated closes at 8. It’s 7:40. They also had attitude when we walked in and said ” are you kidding me?” Good luck with that help.

Food was great and the tap rootbeer was amazing. However the girl that took our order reaction when we (my wife and myself) asked for frosted mugs ruined the experience for us. Same girl shot a man the death stare when he asked if the rootbeer on tap was different from the fountain rootbeer. We all have bad days but she may need some more training

The staff are very friendly. The food was out quick and hot. Fry’s we’re cooked perfectly. Root beer on tap was at the perfect temperature. The entire restaurant was very clean and well lit. I would definitely recommend this place.

Place was filthy and we were told we couldn’t eat inside “due to short staff”. U counted 6 employee’s plenty to do their jobs. Iv worked for fast food and know. This place will not be open much longer. Alot of angry people left with out food

Good food, slow service, very expensive (expected) Way to many kids working here for how slow the line was moving. I would definitely lay off or fire some people it’s a waste of money to pay them to stand around talking. Literally what they were doing.

Clearly they need to learn to read their orders more closely. This was a drive-thru order at first they hand me what looked to be a root beer or something else. Then I get home after to find I have no bacon on a bac Dbl chzburger has you can Clearly see on the order!!!!!! Seems they would all rather stand around and chat then pat attention…… Not the first time something like this has happened!!!!!!!!!
