Ordered a few items for delivery. After a hour, I called to see what the status was only to find out that they looked over my order. The gentleman on the other side apologized and said it would only take 5 minutes. After another 45 minutes had past, I called again. The gentleman again apologized and said the food would be there shortly. Ten minutes later, the food arrived. In both of the cold drinks I had ordered, the ice had almost completely melted and we’re starting to get warm. The gulab jamun which is supposed to be hot was now room temperature. The chicken tikka masala was the only thing that was hot, but was served without rice. Food was okay and maybe the experience is better while dining in, but I expected quicker service from a place that is about a half a mile away from where I was staying.
