Good BBQ place in the heart of downtown Woodstock. They have a good variety of sauces, but they upset both my fiancé and I stomach for some reason. The Mac and Cheese side was classic in flavor bur extra cheese! The “southern poutine” were just over seasoned meats nacho fries. Our food came out semi warm. Overall it was quite busy but next visit I know what to ask and look for!

Went for Trivia on Wednesday night which was a lot of fun. Having the spot be shared with reformation Brewery made for a great atmosphere with lots of space outside.

We stopped here for a meal and to visit the brewery, always a good combination. The food was good, very impressed by the turkey. They had a pretty good selection of sauces. What we didn’t like was the cleanliness and prices. We ate our meal feeling harassed by a few unruly flies. The space is dog friendly and during the meal I somehow found myself in possession of a large quantity of dog hair. Price for just a plain hot dog for a kid was outrageous for what they served.

Pretty mediocre food for that price. Decent ambience. We tried their pork and brisket, both were dry and flavorless. We tried Brunswick Stew, Cole’s Slaw, Brisket Chili. Chili was good but rest of the sides were meh. Save your calories and find a better bbq.

We really enjoyed our experience here — the food was delicious, and there are Gluten Free options, which is a huge deal since I’m celiac. All the meats, all the sauces, and most of their sides are all GF! There is a fun outdoor seating area, if you don’t mind swatting away a bunch of flies and probably getting bit by mosquitoes and ants, but I tend to get bit wherever I go, so take that with a grain of salt ♀️

This is the best BBQ in Woodstock! We stopped in for a brisket and turkey sandwich. I’m never disappointed here. BTW, the day we stopped in, they got a 100% on their health department visit. Come and fall in love with their brisket, turkey, and BBQ pork!

1) i asked the lady at the order counter if taking food outside was ok. She replied “sure”. taking food outside resulted in a swarm of flies and hornets. One hornet took a swim in the Brunswick Stew. we had to retreat back inside.

I had the brisket with potato salad and coleslaw. I was not impressed with the food. Brisket was tasteless as were the the sides. My husband had the brisket and pulled pork with green and Brunswick stew. His brisket was better than mine but, he didn’t care for the pork which he didn’t eat. He said he has had better Brunswick stew and greens. We will not be returning to Queenies.
