I went with my family here for a lunch. It was honestly nothing to die for, but I highly recommend getting the chicken salad. The rest like the side salads could be more fresh and the sandwich k ordered did not have the best ingredients.

Hands down best chicken salad I’ve ever had (don’t tell my mom ) Food is outstanding my favorite is the fancy Nancy on a croissant with a side of broccoli salad! I’ve tried almost all of them! They also have to go containers (that way you can fool your friends that you made it “homemade”, Our secret ) I highly recommend, 5 stars ALL THE WAY! Enjoy!

Waited 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich to which everyone who ordered after me got their orders first. Finally got my order and of course it wasn’t correct. Wasn’t toasted and the side was the smallest side of pasta I’ve ever gotten. The girl that was the cashier was very nice and apologized and stated that they just got 14 online orders. I had never been here, but why did everyone else get their meals and they were correct. When I asked for my money back instead of waiting for them to put me back at the beginning, the manager wasn’t the most friendly. It is what it is, just won’t be coming back.

Drive through head set while cleaning behind counter went and above and beyond to assist myself that is very very terminal sick to assist use today on late lunch?!?!?!?. So sweet and kind and patient!! With a bestie!!!! These young ladies rock!! I truly hope company??! So first off I do love Chicken Salad Chick ever since it opened and we finally convinced ourselves to try it, however it seems like this time was just a bust. Usually we go inthe dining room, but tonight we decided to do pickup and it was completely different then what we usually receive in the dinning room. There was not nearly as much chicken salad on there as usual, didn’t even cover bread all the way. And also smashed to wear it beoke wen trying to pick it up.if the amount served is correct amount then that’s finehowever if not then someone should address the serving amounts that they give at night compared to the dining room or vice versa because when you dine in so much and get the same amount evevytime each time and then decided to get pickup, your ganna assume that’s the correct portion. Also did try calling to resolve before posting.

Took my mom for lunch. The sign as you walk in says made with a hint of mayonaise and a whole lot of chicken. Well I think they sure messed up the receipe. The chicken was ground to a pate’ and so much mayonaise it was dripping. My mom couldnt eat hers so i tried a different type same thing. I have ate at the one in Buford and it was delicious. Big chunks of chicken very little mayo it was delicious and exactly as described on the sign on their wall. The employees need to read the sign and make it accordingly. Very disappointed

My son, daughter-in-law and I ordered two scoops each, with one of our scoops being the same, Fancy Nancy. Within about three hours we each started having cramps, diarrhea and nausea.
