Been through this spot a few times now, Mostly after ordering online. Food is relatively good, I have noticed when I order online, they have a hard time getting everything on the order. Both times after ordering online, they’ve left a couple things out so it would be smart to go through your order before you leave the area if you’ve ordered online. This place is already getting a reputation as garbage. They’re consistently slow. Speed of service is non existent. Food quality is always off. Brand new store is already grimey. And the line is always wrapped around the store. Currently , I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and the line hasn’t moved. Called the store and asked what the hold up was. Was told the manager on duty was named Callie. Callie was VERY unconcerned about her stores performance. She’s rude and has NO BUSINESS running her own store. I’m a regional manager for another fastfood chain. If the were my manager, she be fired on the spot.

My son ordered his food said 3 times no tomatoes or lettuce or Sour cream. His food came out with Tomatoes lettuce And sour cream He has hardshell tacos look like they were soaked in Greece, I told him to take it back. But he didn’t, I should have took it back for him. It’s a shame you pay that much money in your food is awful.

Was almost midnight when I went. I asked for the crunchy gordita cravings box but got a chalupa 1 instead, which I was ok with because I normally get the chalupa, and it was fresh, and they were not stingy on the meat lol. plus, the 2 young ladies working opened the lobby door for me so I could use their restroom, which I cldnt be thankful enough for. My bladder was starting to hurt! ♀️
