Our delivery driver went to the wrong address, he called us to tell us to come outside even though we put delivery instructions explaining to use the call box and come upstairs. When we went outside he was not there. I tried to ask where he was and explain the address and he kept yelling that he didn’t speak any english. He kept repeating himself over and over. He then put a random women from the street on the phone to translate and ask for our address which was not very safe. Even with the woman telling him directions he did not leave from where he was. My 76 year old grandmother and I were outside walking all around looking for him since he kept saying he didn’t understand English. We finally found him 15 minutes later around the corner and down the street. That was ridiculous. Our pizza was cold and the whole situation was very frustrating.

The manager Sonia is cheating people out their food. I’m starting to not like nor come back to this place. My food is always an issue. She literally gave a hand full of fries. Pizza wasn’t cut all the way threw. I won’t come back nor tip her again.

There’s a male (black) in the front who’s very short with terrible customer service. I don’t even understand why you guys hired him as an employee to be in the front at the cash register. There are tons of customers who would want to order but with terrible customer service there’s no way. He’s rude and gets mad and talks in a slick mannered way when there’s any type of inconvenience which was caused by you guys. At least take what we say into consideration and understand where we are coming from when we ordered something about an hour ago and received nothing so far. Someone l that is very rude shouldn’t be working at front desk dealing with customers. FIRE HIM.

Just ordered a pizza to have the toppings, cheese and sauce missing from one half of it. Absolutely ridiculous. Neither corporate nor the store would even offer a refund or replacement after being bounced around “corporate” and store automated machines for 45 minutes. How this is acceptable is beyond me. Never ordering pizza hut again.

Got the box and an extra pasta since our daughter loves it, everything was crushed and the extra pasta we paid $9 looked like this, a little bit of chicken on one side with a couple pieces of noodles. Disgraceful
