My italian sausage sub was average, as were the fries. My mom’s pork chop had good flavor, but it was a little tough. The brussel sprouts could have been cooked a little longer, but they tasted good. The parmesan mashed potatoes had good flavor, but they were a little dry. Neither of us were fans of the garlic truffle aioli served with the bread (which was very good). Also, for some odd reason, they don’t serve coffee. The restaurant is a little noisy due to the industrial feel (metal and wood decor), but it looks very nice, especially with the scenic baseball grounds and beautiful Bolivar surroundings. The service was a little below par (food items weren’t described well, slow picking up our bill, a couple gaps in checking in), but the server was probably new. We were very warmly greeted by Emily, who continued making conversation and was very pleasant. Prices are a little on the higher side for experience, but they are getting their footing. As I understand it, they have similar setups in other cities, so they aren’t new to this game. I just expected a little more.
