I regularly order pizza hut when traveling to McAllister and most of the time it is okay. This time is a different story and was a disaster. Ordered chicken Alfredo pasta, which I do a lot. Not only was it overcooked and some spices added I have not seen before, but it was only about 2/3 of the regular portion. In addition to that, the McAllister pizza hut charges $3 more than the Durant pizza hut for the exact same thing. Food tasted as if it had been adulterated. Not going to be ordering from this pizza hut anymore. Owner needs to take some action here.

Waffle
Ordered a pizza, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. Everything else was completely fine (for Pizza Hut standards anyways) but the cheese sticks had no cheese on them. This has happened 3 times (across the span of maybe 6 months, give or take)

Beware – This Pizza Hut no longer uses their own delivery drivers . They forward deliveries to Door Dash without notifying the customer. They not only process your credit card but then don’t deliver the order , leaving you unable to get refunded since you didn’t place the actual order through door dash & there’s no record of it. Huge scam, that likely won’t last long, since half the town is talking about it already. Bad business move for McAlester Pizza Hut.
