So this is a tough review. I’m in town for work for about three weeks. The first two times ordering, the pizzas were absolutely perfect… I like my pizza well done, so I always select that in the options. However, the last could of times ordering and still selecting well done, the have not been well since at all. See pics. I’d rather my order take longer and be correct than getting my pizza fast and it being sloppy.

I order from domino often since it’s literally around the corner. Ive never had a problem. Until tonight i order a few item as well as a byo pasta w/ mushroom,chicken,tomatos. It only came with chicken. I called and the manager was unfriendly. Calling me a liar because he made it personal. I was a server for years, and being accountable is very important, but for the gentleman to continuously, call me a liar and telling me that he made it himself. Unless im blind and my 4 friends. Than idk what he problem was. But was very rude. I could never image talking to customers the way he talked me. But My driver was super friendly. This happen on 6/20 evening.

My pizza was delicious, but some old man who was working the front desk rudely told me “You can’t have dogs in here” when I went to pick up my pizza. It was already ready, I had my dog in my arms, and I was there for the two seconds it takes to give my name and have them hand it to me. Firstly, My dog detects if I’m about to have a seizure and he stays with me. I understand there are rules for pets, but in this day and age many people have service animals and you cannot simply bark at someone about having a dog with them when you don’t know the reason. Even if he was a pet, there’s a polite way to ask someone to please not have their pet with them. I was too upset and embarrassed to catch his name, but it was about 3:30 on a Sunday and he looked super old with a gray beard and was working up front. Not a good look, Dominos. This guys is gonna say that to the wrong person with a service animal and get y’all sued. Please have a talk with this rude employee.

We haven’t had pizza from here for over a year so we decided to give it another try and we’re so happy that we did! We ordered 2 large pizza’s with 3 toppings (a special they were running) OR right now as of (3/17/18) they have an on-line special Buy 1 get 1 Free, check when promo ends. We also chose the lg. Parmesan bread bites (32 bites) for $5.00 or if you want less you can get (24) for $2.99. I have to say those Parmesan bread bites were absolutely delicious, I would of been happy just eating them! (Highly recommended)! As for our Pizza’s they were cooked perfectly and tasted great! We are certainly going to go back!

Ordered 2 pizza’s last night around 9:30 …. could not find extra cooked as an option…. put comment on delivery driver notes… they caught the note – pizza’s were excellent and here in less than 1/2 hour…

Got the 9.99 carryout deal for pizza, which is a large, 5 topping pizza. Order 2 pizzas w/ the same toppings on both. Toppings ordered were extra mushrooms, extra pineapple and regular banana peppers. Received no mushrooms, about 1-2 pineapple tidbits per slice and mostly the stem portion of the banana peppers. Called to see what happened and was told I “didn’t order mushrooms”. I insisted i did and have a screen shot of it…and was then told that they ran out of mushrooms so it didn’t print out on the slip. I said if thay ran out of 2/5ths of the toppings I ordered for each pizzs, i should have been notified so i could have picked something else. I was then told they get lots of orders and can’t read through all the descriptions on each slip!?! Really? I mean that’s literally what they should be doing when an order is placed! She started getting rude and asked me what i wanted her to do. I said I think i deserve a credit of some kind. She talked to her manager and said she’d give a $2 credit – but that she wasn’t giving me a free pizza. I asked if the credit was $2 per pizza (because lord knows they charge more than $1 for mushrooms on a large pizza)? And all she kept responding with was she “wasn’t giving me a free pizza”! Wth??!! Not once did I ask for a free pizza!! And then she basically hung up on me.

This is the second time that I have ordered from this store and received a pizza with hair in it call the store and all they want to do is remake the pizza to send it back out why would I want to eat another pizza from your store after getting a pizza with hair in it AGAIN disgusting will never order from Domino’s again
